Job role: Site Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday / 8am – 5pm
Salary: £50,000 + Benefits
 
My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing recycling operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in the production environment.
 
Site Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
• Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
• Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues
• Inspect and maintain machinery, ensuring timely repairs
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials
• Enforce safety protocols for all staff
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency
• Secure the facility and manage stock safety

 
Site Supervisor – Skills and Attributes

• Experience of managing / supervisor recycling or waste facilities 
• Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations
• Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
• Computer literate
