Job role: Recycling Line Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday – DAYS
Salary: £33,000 + Benefits

My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for a Recycling Line Supervisor to join the team. The Recycling Supervisor will be responsible for managing the recycling line operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in the production environment.

Recycling Line Supervisor – Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage recycling operatives to maintain high standards
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
• Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
• Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials
• Enforce safety protocols for all staff

Recycling Supervisor – Skills and Attributes

• Experience of in a senior / supervisor role at a recycling or waste facility
• Proven record in supervising staff and ensuring efficient operations
• Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
• Computer literate
